  • What Payment methods do you accept?
      We accept credit or debit cards - Visa, Master Card, Maestro, AMEX, Delta, Solo or Visa Electron.
      We accept payment using PayPal
  • Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
      No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you                      already have a PayPal account you may use it.
  • When will my Credit or Debit ard be charged?
     If the payment is authorised, your card will be immediately debited and you will receive an order                  confirmation e-mail from us.

     If payment is authorised but there is a query with your order, we will contact you by telephone or email        within 1 working day to resolve the issue. If, for any reason, we are unable to resolve the query and             therefore unable to dispatch your order, we will issue a full refund back to your card and you will receive      a Refund Confirmation email from us.

     If the payment is not authorised, your card will not be charged and you may wish to contact your card          issuer for further information.

  • Do you have to register on your site as a customer before ordering?

      You can complete your order without creating an account. However, you will be missing out on  our             members priviledges.

  • What currency do you use?

      As we are based in the UK, all our prices are in Pounds Sterling/GBP. If you are shopping from outside          the UK, place your order, and your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction to            your own currency. Need a currency converter?   • Does J.J's Dolly Rockers offer any discounts or coupons?
      Yes, we gladly offer store discounts/coupons to our registered site members. Discounts may only be           applied to regular-priced items not currently on Sale & are effective on your purchase regardless of              the quantity of your order.   • Do you ship internationally?

      Yes.  J.J's Dolly Rockers ship worldwide. Where your order is purchased outside the EC, please be aware       that it is your responsibility to pay any local import taxes or duty.

  • How do I know if an item is in stock?

      All items are in stock unless ‘Sold Out’ is displayed. If an item does not show in a specific size in the          drop-down menu, this means the item is no longer available in that size. Please be aware that even if       an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by someone else until you have fully completed         your order.

  • Can I reserve an item?

      Yes however, we currently only allow regular customers to reserve items, this is to prevent delays of             sale from reservers who may not fulfil their transaction.

  • I still have money remaining on my E-Voucher, can I use it against another purchase?

      Yes you can. Our E-Vouchers are processed by Paypal they do not expire and you can use it against              any  purchase in our store until your full balance is cleared.

  •  I can't use my discount code, what happened?

      Our discounts codes are automated, if you find your code has not been processed it simply means a           new one has been generated. In which case you should sign in on our site and visit the Members page         for the latest code.

  •  Why didn’t I receive my order confirmation e-mail?

      Occasionally, order confirmation emails can be mistaken as spam and blocked by email service                    providers. Please check your 'Junk' folder in this instance.
