How to Order & Payment

Once you are ready to order, add the items of your choice to the shopping cart & proceed to the checkout. By following the simple on screen instructions you will then be directed to PayPal to complete your transaction. All payments in our store are securely processed using PayPal. **You do not need to register an account with PayPal inorder to complete you shop with us, however, if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.**

We also accept PayPal eCheques, however, please note that all orders paid for with eCheques can only be dispatched once your full payment has been accepted/cleared.

Shipping

Once you have completed the checkout process you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal & J.J's Dolly Rockers, please retain these for reference purposes. Orders are processed Monday - Friday. Orders processed any time before 3pm are dispatched same day, if you place an order after this time it is dispatched on the following working day.

Postage & Packaging Costs

UK Postage	The cost for one item is £2.50 and then 20p for each additional item within the same order. All orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery. Allow 1-4 working days for delivery after processing.
USA & Worldwide Postage	The cost of worldwide postage for one item is £4.50 and then 40p for each additional item within the same order. International orders are sent via Airmail. Allow 5-7 working days for delivery after processing.
Australia	The cost of postage to Australia for one item is £7.50 and then 40p for each additional item within the same order. International orders are sent via Airmail. Allow 5-7 working days for delivery after processing.
	Special Delivery Options For our Special Delivery options please check the 'Postage & Packing' category in the store. Each delivery upgrade only needs to be added to your order once.
UK Recorded Delivery	£1.00 - For orders within the UK only, this option enables you to track your order online. Your order will require a signature upon delivery. Estimated time frame for delivery is the same as First Class post, approximately 1-2 working days. This charge is in addition to First Class postal rate automatically calculated at checkout.
Interntional Recorded Delivery	£4.00 - This option enables you to track your online order. Your order will require a signature upon delivery. Please note this is not a next day service provided by us, but we will prioritise your order. This charge is in addition to our Airmail international postal rate automatically calculated at checkout.

Our Returns Policy

Refunds - We process refunds on the basis of faults or damage, please send it via recorded delivery within 28 days of purchase using the return address as printed on your receipt. Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, unworn with tags or labels intact. Your money will then be refunded by your original method of payment as soon as your goods are received.

Exchanges - If you wish to exchange an item for another size, please return it to us via recorded delivery within 14 days of purchase in the same condition as they were received, unworn with tags or labels intact. The item(s) you wish to exchange will then be dispatched to you, as soon as your goods are received by us.

Please notify us via email before returning or exchanging purchased goods for the ease of processing: Orders@jjsdollyrockers.com stating your transaction ID as printed on your receipt & in your confirmation email.

Please note - In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Postage and packaging costs are not refunded on returned or exchanged goods.

All information you provide is fully encrypted so that third parties cannot read it. Plus Sizes

At J.J's Dolly Rockers we care that you always find the perfect fit, simply refer to your product iventory size chart for it's exact measurements. Most of are Plus Size garments are in dual sizes XL/1X, 2X, 3X and therefore are designed to comfortably fit up to two dress sizes.

Clothing Measurements

All measurements are taken whilst the garment is laid flat. Please double the bust, waist and hip measurements to get the full circumference.

   Shoulders: Measurement taken from shoulder seam across to shoulder seam.       Bust: Measurement taken from armpit to armpit.
    Waist: Measurement taken from the smallest part of the waist straight across.
    Hip: Measurement taken from widest part of the hip straight across garment.
    Sleeves: Taken from shoulder seam to the sleeve hem of the garment.
    Length of garment - Tops: Taken from shoulder to hem, or mid-bust to hem.        Trouser length: Measurement taken from Hip to trouser hem.    Inside leg: Measurement taken from top of inside leg from crotch to ankle hem.

How To Measure Guide

Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust

Waist: Measure around your the natural crease of your waistline, above your navel and below your ribcage

Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips

Inside Leg: Measure at top of inside leg from crotch to ankle bone
